Shipping Coverage

AKL Home provides shipping services across Egypt. International shipping may be available upon request and subject to additional fees.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after order confirmation.
  • Custom-made or made-to-order furniture may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to the customer in advance.
  • Orders are not processed on public holidays or weekends.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time ranges between 5–14 business days, depending on the delivery location.
  • Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on location, order size, and item weight.
  • Shipping costs will be clearly displayed or confirmed before order completion.
  • Any additional services such as stair carry, special handling, or installation may incur extra charges.

Furniture Delivery

  • Large furniture items are delivered to the building entrance only, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that doorways, elevators, and access points are suitable for delivery.
  • If delivery fails due to access issues, additional delivery charges may apply.

Installation Services

  • Installation services (if requested) are scheduled separately and may require additional fees.
  • AKL Home is not responsible for delays caused by customer unavailability at the scheduled time.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
AKL Home is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Damaged or Missing Items

  • Customers must inspect items upon delivery.
  • Any damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos.
  • Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Delivery Delays

AKL Home is not liable for delivery delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic or logistics issues
  • Force majeure events

Order Tracking

Tracking details (if available) will be shared once the order is dispatched.


Refused or Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery is refused or unsuccessful due to customer-related reasons, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping or handling fees.
  • Storage fees may apply for delayed rescheduling.
